All international orders are sent using Australia Post, the price of which will be calculated at the time of purchase. Australia Post generally takes between 5-12 business days, depending on location.
Alex Lehours is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, custom charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


Please note for items such as prints shipping may take longer as designs are printed only when order is placed.

Returns & Refunds
Alex Lehours offers exchanges but no refunds. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at design@alexlehours.com indicating the reason for the return and including your email proof of purchase.
Returns must be sent within 7 days of purchase and must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition (including all tags & packaging). We recommend you use registered mail as Alex Lehours cannot be held liable for lost shipments. Please note the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
When exchanging products please include a self addressed pre-paid satchel so we can send the item back to you. Alex Lehours regrets that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
Please note we can only process the return of items purchased at www.alexlehours.com. Purchases made from other retailers, including department stores must be returned to the place of original purchase and are subject to the return policy of that retailer.
